Kiln does not ask you to create an account. Favorites and recently opened tools are saved in this browser only.

Tools that run in the browser do not upload the text, files, or tokens you give them. When a later tool has to look up a public hostname or URL, that request is made so the tool can answer, and the fetched page is not stored as content you submitted.

Advertising is not active. No ad script loads in this version.

Analytics uses Google Analytics 4 only when a measurement id is configured and you accept. The event for a tool run includes the tool name, whether it succeeded, and a coarse duration such as “under one second.” It does not include what you typed, uploaded, or looked up. Page views are sent without the query string, so a directory search is not part of the analytics path.

Analytics is not configured on this deployment, so no analytics script loads.

People who reject consent are not tracked by that tag. The tools still work.
